Terms of Service - Blue Collar Leads, LLC

Blue Collar Leads, LLC ("Blue Collar Leads, LLC") provides lead generation, marketing, and related services ("Services") to the Client ("Customer"). By submitting your payment method and using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Billing Authorization

Customer authorizes Blue Collar Leads, LLC to securely store and charge the payment method submitted for:

  • The initial onboarding fee, and
  • All future charges associated with leads delivered to the Customer.

Customer understands and agrees that these payments are variable charges based on the number of leads delivered, and authorizes Blue Collar Leads, LLC to initiate variable recurring charges to the stored payment method without further approval for each qualified lead.

Charges may be processed automatically and without additional customer action ("off-session payments") at the agreed-upon price per lead. Customer further authorizes Blue Collar Leads, LLC to process all such charges as 'off-session' payments, meaning the Customer does not need to be present or take any action when the charge occurs.

The current rate is $50 per qualified lead unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

2. No Refunds / Final Charges

All fees—including onboarding fees and pay-per-lead charges—are final and non-refundable. Leads are generated and delivered in real time; therefore, completed charges cannot be reversed, refunded, or disputed.

3. Lead Definition & Delivery

A "lead" is defined as:

  • A completed inbound form submission containing valid contact details, OR
  • An inbound phone call lasting longer than 15 seconds, OR
  • Any inbound inquiry where the prospect expresses interest in the Customer's services through the Company's marketing channels.

Leads generated by spam bots, competitors, existing customers, or duplicate contacts may be evaluated for credit under Section 4.

Leads are delivered immediately after successful payment processing. If automatic charging fails, delivery may be paused.

4. Quality & Disputes

If Customer believes a lead is invalid (spam, duplicate, outside service area, etc.), Customer must notify Blue Collar Leads, LLC within 24 hours of the lead timestamp. Determinations of validity are made at the sole discretion of Blue Collar Leads, LLC.

If no dispute is submitted within 24 hours, the lead is automatically deemed valid and billable.

5. Cancellation

Customer may cancel their agreement at any time by written notice.

All charges incurred prior to cancellation remain due.

6. Chargebacks

Customer agrees not to file chargebacks for any validly delivered leads or previously authorized payments.

Filing a chargeback for an authorized and delivered lead may result in:

  • Suspension of Services
  • Termination of account
  • Assignment to collections

A chargeback for 'service not delivered' is invalid once a lead has been delivered to the Customer's designated communication channel.

7. Payment Method Responsibility

Customer is responsible for ensuring the stored payment method remains active and funded. Declined payments may result in paused lead delivery.

Customer agrees that their payment method will be securely stored by Stripe and may be charged automatically for future lead fees without additional authorization.

8. Agreement

By submitting payment information, Customer acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Submitting payment through Stripe constitutes the Customer's electronic signature and full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
